I understand where you were coming from, and also understand that because the quality of her work is high, many people come to her asking for help and favors. It is a tough spot to be in. I see both sides and prefer not to take one side or the other. It is really up to each individual to decide what works best for themselves.

I read your comment on Lilyas CSS jounal. Thank you. I became a member of the various art communities,starting in 1999. In the skinning community for instance, great authors like Treetog,adni18,Vad and so many more spend countless hours coding and skinning complete suites and applications and sharing with the community for years just giving away thier work just for the love of it.

Recently a poll was taken at SkinBase. "Would you pay a small amount for a Windowblinds skin? and howmuch?" Well I commented that folks like the abve mentioned have given so much to the community for so many years for free. In appreciation,I said,I would give payback and pay the small fee of $8.95 these great artists are asking for complete skin suites. You can see them at WinCustomize.
Guess what? A well respected Canadian skinner actually did not like the idea of charging money for his work,that is work would always be free and the idea of charging money defeats the whole spirit of the community. Can you believe it!

That is the spirit of the art community I am use to.

I was only asking for help with a specfic code problem. Lilyas lead me to believe she wanted to help me by responding to my notes and then totally egnoring me. It would have been better to say up front,I'm sorry I can't help you. Thank you for your comment.

It depends. I do own a new camera with a resolution of 3200x2400 pixels. That concerns most of the newer pictures in my gallery, especially the asian pics.
For those before I do have only the low resolution, which is posted, I'm sorry.

Eeeegads! I think it's finally time for me to succumb to a subscription to DA in order to get rid of these ghastly ads they've added to the pages of non-subscribers. I detest ghastly ads, so I commend DA on their very astute marketing ploy ... to litter up our galleries with ads in order to 'encourage' nonsubscribers to subscribe. A bit like paying 'rotection money', ha ha! Paying to keep the ghastlys away.

I usually require images that are a minimum of 1.5 MB in order to get sufficient resolution to work with. Do you also have higher res. images if I ever request to use one in one of my scenes?
